Tokenez is an independent, unofficial analytics tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Anthropic PBC (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT).

2. Platform Terms of Service

By using Tokenez, you agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this extension complies with the Terms of Service of the respective AI platforms you use it on.

Tokenez acts as a local analytical overlay (similar to a grammar checker or ad blocker) and does not automate, scrape, or modify the core functionality of the AI platforms.

3. "As Is" Software

Tokenez is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the creators be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the software.

4. Backend Security Statement

To address common security concerns regarding AI extensions: Tokenez has no backend. We do not host databases, servers, or cloud infrastructure. All data remains exclusively on your local filesystem. Therefore, there is zero risk of server-side data breaches.
