Tokenez is an independent, unofficial analytics tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Anthropic PBC (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT).

2. Platform Terms of Service

By using Tokenez, you agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of it complies with the Terms of Service of the respective AI platforms and tools you use it with.

Tokenez acts as a local analytical overlay (similar to a grammar checker or ad blocker) and does not automate, scrape, or modify the core functionality of the AI platforms or tools it observes.

3. "As Is" Software

Tokenez is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the creators be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from your use of the software.

4. Accounts and Backend

Tokenez requires a free account (email + one-time code, no password) to use the dashboard. Token capture and calculation happen entirely on your device; your account syncs only aggregate token counts, a bounded recent-activity window (app/model/token counts, never message text), and the handle/bio you choose to set — never your prompt or response text. 5. Account Responsibility

You're responsible for the email address used to sign in and for anything done through your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
